Refund policy
I gladly accept returns.
To start a return, contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
I will provide you with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once your item is returned, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. (Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.)
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Digital products, custom orders, and gift cards cannot be returned, due to the nature of these products.
Exchanges: The fastest way to complete an exchange is to first return the item you have, and once your return is refunded, make a separate purchase for the new item.
I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
